Vincents Walk, Southampton
The site is to be redeveloped to a part 8, part 9 and part 11-storey building to provide commercial space and 283 bed student accommodation. Ensphere produced the Sustainability Statement for the planning application and the Carbon Management Plan, required in response to the Section 106. The scheme is to achieve a BREEAM “Excellent” and Ensphere has acted as the BREEAM Assessor and BREEAM AP.
