Comprising the redevelopment of the site to new build student accommodation.  The building needed to achieve a BREEAM rating of “Very Good” and compliance with the Sections 6 and 7 of the Scottish Building Standards.  Ensphere was employed as BREEAM Assessor, AP and Energy Assessor.
