Ensphere produced the Sustainability Statement and Energy Statement to support the planning application. Once constructed, the development will provide circa 150 student bedspaces over 3 to 5 stories.  A combined heat and power system is proposed and the project is targeted a BREEAM rating of “Very Good”.
