Set to be the tallest tower in Wales, the 42 storey, 132m high building will provide additional student accommodation in the heart of Cardiff city centre. Ensphere produced the updated Sustainability Statement and Energy Statement and is working as the BREEAM Assessor and BREEAM AP towards the targeted “Very Good” rating.
