The development proposals were for a new residential community with an ecologically and architecturally exemplary development.  The design incorporated an ecology garden, a rain garden and a productive garden for community growing.  The developer aspired to Home Quality Mark sustainability rating.  Ensphere was employed to help inform the sustainability strategy and choice of low carbon / renewable technologies; as well as to produce the Sustainability Statement and Energy Statement in support of the application.
