The site is located within the London Borough of Lambeth. Development proposals include a mixed use building incorporating residential flats, ground floor children’s centre, nursery and flexible space with outdoor amenity. Ensphere was engaged to produce the Sustainability Statement and Energy Statement, which demonstrated policy compliance through the application of a centralised Combined Heat and Power (CHP) system and compatibility with any future District Energy Network.
