A mixed-use scheme in Stratford, East London comprising an education facility, 510-bed student accommodation, 44 residential dwellings and artist studio space. Ensphere wrote the Sustainability Statement and Energy Statements in support of the planning application and negotiated with the Greater London Authority to agree a site-wide CHP system as the most appropriate means of addressing the policy requirements. Non-domestic parts of the site are to be assessed against BREEAM with a target rating of “Very Good”.
