Ensphere provided ESG support on the successful acquisition of a portfolio of Spanish toll roads operated by Iridium (part of the ACS Group).  The portfolio included six toll road assets across the Spanish peninsula; and the assessment included a review of environmental, social and governance performance of the assets as well as the operating company.
